In June 1967, Giovanni Giani founded
CMG Costruzioni Meccaniche. The company initially specialized in turning, later on turned to "across-the-board" supply in the mechanical field until being able to satisfy its customers’ needs in the most diverse production sectors, from textiles to plastic, from the iron and steel industry to the production of machine tools to plant engineering.
