The General Management has based the System on the following principles:
  • direct involvement in the Quality System development, specifically through annual goals of tangible improvement; to guarantee and monitor customers’ satisfaction;
  • to provide customers with services and products complying with the requested specifications;
  • to fully involve all people working to the benefit of CMG Group and provide awareness on the impact that their work has on the quality of services and products supplied;
  • to form the relationship with Customers based on the maximum cooperation possible;
  • to regularly assess the System by analyzing all of the detected non-conformities;
  • to grant cooperation with public authorities and supervising bodies.
